I do apologize if the support seemed insufficient, but no one here wants to keep your money away from you! We're shown that your payment was completed, and paysera system also confirmed that it was completed - meaning you should receive the payment.
If your bank declines your payment (for some reason) we would get the payment back - and would send it to you again. While the payment is on-hold (at your bank - again, we can confirm that is completed from our side) we are not obligated to send the same amount of money again. That's why we have to play the "waiting game" for now, until your bank confirms the payment and you will receive the amount you ought to receive. It's never (ever) the case of us not wanting to help out.
