We have a main problem with the Support Quality Response Rate System.
5 days ago, we have received from the Artwork Gallery Section 4 automatic messages of the type 'Request to Purchase 3D Model' from the button linked to 1 of our Artwork pieces.
The 4 messages, all from the same person, are 'Request to Purchase 3D Model: Baker Electric Torpedo Record Car At Exhibit'. But these messages, in our Inbox, appear as pure 'Title' messages without Message content and, especially, without buttons and the possibility to Reply to these messages in any way.
As usual, since it was impossible to send a direct Reply from those messages formated in that way, we were obliged, within 24 h, to send a direct message to that gentleman who wrote to us, but, we don't know why, your Support Quality Response Rate System do not consider this direct message as a technical Reply to that person.
In conclusion: due to this problem with the Support Quality Response Rate System, now it seems that our Response Rate is 33% from our usual 100%. But this is false! Since we have replied to that person, as we usually do!!!
So we hope you can fix this problem as soon as possible and re-give us the 100% Response Rate, since we have always replied to anyone.

Thank you for deleting those messages. Unfortunately, our previous response rate 100% has not been restored: it still shows that fake 33%.
