Why would someone make "your" vision come to life, for free, if people who are good enough to make money from their visions have enough to pay artists?

Are you making this game to be shared for free or you plan to make some money from it?
Can the "volunteers" be called as "investors" who will get some share if you plan to earn money on this game?

volunteering is done for primary needs like feeding the poor, driving ambulances and providing medical care for those who don't have the means....not to make 3d.

Wonderful. That is, a user not only has to agree to work as an animator and designer for free, but also has to spend time writing to you, asking questions, and waiting for an answer for what you want to do. Nice.
