If you want that your models would be purchased by professionals only, first you have to price them professionally ;]
As for those 3 negative ratings, i would suggest you to write to support and ask to remove them, because it clearly looks like some form of bullying.

the nickname of the buyer is very rude (for someone who understands Italian) I find it pretty weird. Moreover it seems that this buyer has disappeared .. It looks a bit like revenge. It has happened to me that someone buys one of my models just for revenge, it seems incredible and a bit paranoid but it's true ..

I got a negative rating because the buyer didn't know how to apply the textures (I have put my textures in to a separate zip file). Funny thing is when I contact the support, they said I have to contact the buyer, but I didn't because I don't want to waste my time on explaining those things. Customers should have basic knowledge of the software which he use.
Also when an artist contact the support they should check the files and textures and take appropriate actions. Compared to CGT, TS have better support

I've once had to deal with someone threatening to sue because they said the model file was corrupt when infact, they tried opening it in Microsoft Word... This is the sad side of selling 3D models, sometimes you will always get some customers who are clueless.

You can eliminate the chances of running into these sorts of customers by having more expensive models at a higher quality, but in the end you will always bump into a few bad eggs
