The best format for importing into Lumion is FBX, as it preserves materials and details well—ideal for Blender and 3ds Max. For SketchUp, DAE or SKP are also great options

But this format model does not carry many modifiers.

Try to export your model in as many compatible formats as possible (like FBX, DAE, SKP, OBJ) to ensure maximum compatibility with Lumion and avoid import issues.

We all know that the fbx format is great, but it also has its limitations, what do you think?

Yes, FBX is great, but it does have some limitations like:
1. Large file sizes affecting performance.
2. Texture and UV issues during import.
3. Limited animation support in Lumion.
In my opinion, the best alternative for Lumion is DAE (Collada). It handles textures and layers better, but it has its own drawbacks:
1. Limited animation support.
2. Texture issues with complex models.
3. It's an older format, which may cause compatibility problems.
Overall, DAE is a solid choice if FBX gives you trouble.

I visited your account and noticed that you have beautiful and creative models! However, I saw that you published them almost all on the same day. Since you're relatively new to the site, I just wanted to share a small tip with you: try to space out your model uploads. For example, publish 3 models per week at different times and on different days. This will help keep your account active for a longer period, instead of having your models appear for a short time and then their visibility decreases.

And thank you for the likes on my models, by the way. I wish you good luck with your future uploads!
