issue with normal map in 3ds max from zbrush

why the normal map not showing in 3ds max 2017 . i hav e develped the map in zbtush . show the map developed with creases . the map expoted however the map in 3ds max doesnt seem to having any effect

In 3d max doesn't have effect because you didn't loaded map properly. To load normal map properly:
https://ibb.co/3yX0805 Also using turbosmooth on an object will in some cases ruin presentation of normal map. I suggest you to get some tutorials and learn because asking here on the forum will get you nowhere. 3d max is far far from easy as it looks like.

displacemnt map works fine from zbrush ,,,, actaulty has no issue te noprmal map seems to be the one having issue ipost a video showing how place these maps and which slots
