That's not very surprising, knowing the state of QA in cgtrader. Contacting the support and explicitly asking them to fix your preferences is probably the only reliable way to ensure that your models won't be sold at half the price.

I still can see that option in my sales page. The layout and some settings has changed, but you should be able to opt out from all promotional campaigns and discount programs. https://www.cgtrader.com/profile/sales#discounts
So they redesigned the settings section and moved it there. Thanks.
@TazMan2000, i don't think they've moved discount settings - AFAIK those options always has been in my sales page. You might falsely remember them being in account settings page, as this feels somewhat more natural place.

The checkbox used to be under "Settings" but it's gone now. Possibly because they have a problem with anyone who doesn't want to sell their models at 50% off. I would send a message to support@cgtrader.com and ensure that they know that you don't want to participate.
