Hello!
Anybody can tell me how tops section in dashboard works?
If I have 8 years old account and I start publish 6 month ago I can't ever show here?
How works this algorithm?

Yes I seen it, but it's not work for me. That 's why I think it happens because 8 years old been without models and sales.

I think the model in your link clearly has enough views and likes and is fresh enough to grant itself an appearance in trending models list. I clicked on the random model in aforementioned list and despite the fact that it is older, worse performing in all regards and comes from a seller with no reputation at all, it is still on the list and your model is not. Maybe your suspicion about old account has some rationale in it. I noticed that 3-4 years ago when i mainatined relatively high social activity on cgtrader and have been publishing new models on more or less regular basis, i had no problems to climb at the top row of trending models list, but now when i publish new models only once in a while and ain't playing games likes4likes anymore, my models only briefly apperas on that list, before disappearing out quickly. I'd suggest you to contact the support directly and ask to check if there's something wrong with your account.
