How to get payed??help

But it took more then 2 months without paying!

The payments that every designer have collected during April are paid during the following month (May). However, as I mentioned before, because of some upgrades to the site, there will be a delay.

i have same problem - i must get paid today 20th of may - and iam still waiting

I have the same problem, I did a job in April now 1 month after haven't got any payment. I also received the email that I was going to be paid the 20th of May... and still waiting.
I tried to contact you guys and no one from cgtrader has replied to my emails yet.

i hope payment will fixed soon - is that will happens every payment or this is emergency and temporary problem this month ? this is first - second i will write a new topic about some jobs because we need new rules from you with job request Pearson because as designers we see some people request job and we start modeling and we lost our times and at the end job expire and the person who request a job forget us and he didn't choose anyone - must be a rule to make remind or something from system to job person to tell him after 10 days he must choose some one or his job will blocked - example job for makeup Chanel i designed everything with his requirement and he did not choose any one and job expire then he present same job for a second time and also he does not respond any one - we need to protect our rights here please up to site admins

The payment issue is not the one that occurs often and I'd very much like to say that it's never an issue - hopefully, it's a one-time off!

As for the 3D jobs, your comments certainly make sense and we'll address this as well.
