Hi there,
Monthly royalty payments are being sent out as per usual. Please note that the window of our payout period closes on the 21st and the funds can be sent at any point before this date. This month, the weekend occurred right before the 20th and as such, there was a slight delay in payouts to some users, but all transfers should be completed shortly.
Simply put, do not fret. All the payments will reach you very soon. :)

We are very sorry about the delays for wire users. Wire payments are the most complicated and take the longest to process.
Due to some errors in the systems, there were some additional delays, but we can assure you that this is a one time occurrence due to unfortunate circumstances.
With that said, the good news is that now wire payments have been successfully sent out - if you do not see updates in your sales summary, this is because it takes a little longer to update, but we have all the payments marked and visible from our side.
If any of you are still having trouble with receiving payments, please contact support and we will be happy to investigate the matter for you.
