Corrupted File

Hello,

Today I have uploaded the zip file to update my older product, the uploading app shows the file is processing and nothing happens(this is common with cgtrader app since I have a slow internet connection). So I cancel it and re uploaded couple of times. Now I have some corrupted files. I tried removing them, but when I go for editing it still shows up there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi weeray,

We're aware of this issue. The buyer shouldn't be able to see the files that you see when editing the model though. We'll try to remove the bug ASAP.

I have a lot of corrupted files in many of my models as well. I don't know if any customer can see them when is going to download the archives. I hope this thread can help to finally find a solution.
