You didn't offered much details, did you sent model to customer? Did customer asked for a refund? Did you have secured full payment in advance before you started working on a project ?
hi, yes, he want a fix , i made but never told me anything. I did contact cgtrader support but they told me "my model is not optimal for 3d print" but i think it was good for client because he took the 3d model and left. I dont know what to do... i want my hour of work
