Quick story; i've made some small sales in the past month's and even after i setted up my paypal info for the payment they keep delaying the payment for 20th of the next month. I submitted messages through live support but no clear answer (Plus the live support is offline most of the time) what to do?

That's not true. The 'only pay till made 200$' is only for people who don't use paypal. People who set up their accounts with paypal get paid no matter what. Patrick, did you send off ID and was it confirmed. If it wasn't, that might be why, I suggest checking your payment agreement and then submitting a ticket if there's an issue still.

Hi Patrick,
I see the payment for February haven't reached you yet (The April sales are paid on May by the way), and it should do that this week. Our accountant and support team look through any issues that are found after the payments are made (there are a few cases like payment agreement updates, paypal not accepting payments etc.) and fix them as soon as possible. That should be your case as well. :)

hey i have the same problem now i have no payment yet all payment details are set and ready and btw why you pay every month at 20 why not instant instead ?

I get the payments made through paypal every month between the 19th and the 20th. Every month, without fail.
it's how the system works and works 100%.
If you read the information on the website as well as check your sales page, they say clearly when they make payments.

Im using paypal too and I also have the same problem of delayed payments

after 3 month , now its 21st and yet no payment
this site dont respect its own policy ,3 month no payment yet , and i only work here
i always got my jobs 5 star and client always pay in time so far the only one who always fail was cgtrader
im not sure if they ever pay or this site is nothing more than a new way of stealing others efforts , but even if they pay after 4 month its no use and nothing different than stealing

All Royalty payments should be transferred until the 24th of September.

Same peoblem here. I have completed my project and got paid last month, had no issues as it displayed I was to be paid at 20th. Now, the transaction id is gone with the payment date. It delayed my payment until next month. I have a rather relatively large sum of revenue piled up and it frustrates me. What truly angers me is that they haven't fixed this issue for almost 4 years.

well , the issue is payout is not at 20th but around that time
yet at the sales page if it pass 20th it says that the payout is delayed till the next month even if cgtrader already payed you , payout sometime happen to delay till 30th , its not exactly at 20th .
while its not clear for new members it always make this mess
my first payout was 24th ,i had one at 18th , 19th , 22th bot never at 20th of the month
!
