Cancelling a project

Hello, a few days ago I applied on a project and asked a few questions like the price of the commission and about the level of detail of the model. The client didn't reply to any of that a just paid and started the project. When I told him that the price is too low and that he didn't reply to my messages, he just said that I agreed on the price when I sent the offer and that the information is the the description...
Can I ask cgtrader to cancel the project as I don't want to work with him?

Contact the support, they should help you to resolve the issue.
If you don't want to end up in the same situation in the future, you can simply increase the price when sending application, or even better, just contact potential client through a personal message without applying to the project.
Cgtrader support canceled the project :)
