Copyright owners can file a lawsuit against the marketplace (as happened for example with BMW).
In the best case you will lose all models related to this brand.

Regarding Pokemon, for example: https://www.nintendo.co.jp/corporate/release/en/2024/240919.html.
The probability of getting a lawsuit without being the creator of the game or any large-scale project of course is lower however not excluded.

You can sell 3D printed figures, but you need to make sure you’re not infringing on any copyrights. Avoid using copyrighted designs or characters unless you have permission. It's important to create original designs or use designs with a license that allows resale.

You can sell 3D print figures, but you must be cautious about copyright. If the design is based on existing copyrighted characters or artwork, you could face legal issues. To avoid copyright concerns, either create your own original designs or ensure you have permission to use and sell designs that are not protected by copyright. It’s important to check the licensing and intellectual property laws relevant to the designs you’re selling.
