I sell model who dont own me ?? ?

Scooby doo, Snoopy, Smurf and others are copyrighted/trademarked materials. Do you have rights to sell it and make profit from it?

This is why the editorial licenses exist ... tries to understand how the 3D industry works before telling anything on forums by hiding behind a fake acount. I do not steal MODELS to resell them ... Why would I do it, I can model what I want ..

So I can copy your original copyrighted models and sell them? Editorial licence does not allow you to sell Trademarks. It is good you have a copyright lawyer you will need him soon.
