Overall the models look pretty good, I would add wireframe renderings and your price is wayyy to low. I would suggest minimum $39-$59 for that many assests

hard to say, the market is very saturated with furniture models so its hard to sell those, i have about 300 models now and some have never sold, random ones i never expected to sell well were selling really well, so its hard to tell the key is aside good quality models.
