Here it is finally finished!! It will be uploaded for purchase soon when the animation is completed!
It is great to see digital designs come to life as real world objects. (Probably why 3d printing seems to be growing so much) I used to love card modelling but I am not sure if the practical aspect of making things by hand is still as popular. Now everyone seems to want to just click a button or touch screen on a computer or smart phone. Maybe there is an interest in card modelling in a particular demographic.
What would be even better is if I could find a team of coders and turn these animated cut outs into interactive phone video game apps.
Eventually I am planning to rig these paper cut outs so they can also be animated in 3D but I would probably have to modify them further for that to be effective...
