Why I am not getting any confirmation e-mails from cg trader?(Help)

Hi,

I am not getting any type of e-mail newsletter, security and even the confirmation e-mails

I want to change my username but when cg trader tells that it has sent an e-mail for confirmation then there is not e-mail at all not even in spam, promotions nothing.

I need help to solve this problem. Please help

I wonder if this is a site wide issue - i'm too not getting any e-mails from cgtrader lately.
