what does loyalty free actually means? I did not understand it from the official page.

Royalty (not loyalty ;]) free means that customer doesn't have to pay any royalties for model usage. They're paying once and are allowed to use the model unlimited times for their needs. By no means the customer has exclusive rights - all the rights to the model remains to you. All the customer is getting, is the right to use the model according to the license under which the model was bought. They can't re-sell the model, give it away for free, or use it in unlawful way. You and only you, retain the rights of authorship and commercial rights to the model.
