Uploader horribly buggy

I don't understand why the uploader keeps dropping files left and right, forcing me to reupload 3-4times over? Even dropping files a few minutes later, AFTER I've checked that everything's allright? This is utterly AWFUL.

Hello Alex, the latest one - Retail shop racks. First upload - all files disappeared after "Save". Reupload - some of the images disappear, the zips got "(1)" on them, as if they were duplicates. Finally, image order messed up, went in to change again.
This is not the first time either.
What browser do you use?
What image format you use? png jpg or others
Hmm, does it matter? On this computer (not mine) FireFox 28. Always using JPEGs.
Yes, browser matters (no problems with Google Chrome). I'll check it on Firefox - thanks. Will keep you posted.
BTW: windows, mac, linux?
Windows 7, here.
In that case, CGtrader claims to have uploaded file correctly despite that being false, which would mean that it' has bugs in it's detection of successful transfering, at least.
well, try with another browser...
if the problem persist contact the support
FireFox is the widest used browser, there's no use using another one and I don't want to, really. The problem seems to be on the server side.
