That may be related to the recent printable firearms removing campaign:
"CGTrader is no longer permitting 3D printable models which are replicas or realistic depictions of guns or other firearms on our marketplace. "

Hey thanks for your response but its not 3D pritable. (Of course it could be made) further its not a gun or firearm.
If you didn't uploaded .stl format, then there may be something else. Just ask support and they will tell you the exact reason.
