Not familiar with WildCat at all but I assume your refering to a game engine? What output template did you use to export from substance? The way Alpha channels are handled can be very different depending on what you intend to use the maps for! Thats why there are so many different templates for various game engine like Unreal or Unity. Sometime the maps are combined and stored in the various RGB channels for example. You could try inverting the map in Photoshop or try out the different output templates with substance and find out which one works. Hope that helps!

Yes, which rendering engine is this intended for, in the Wildcat testing series?

Well, currently I have that problem, wildcat recognizes the opacity map in png, perfectly, however in a model with jpg textures, it does not recognize the opacity map. I'm asking the supervisor for help, but none of his suggestions work so far. I hope they don't give failled and end the model, otherwise I'll have to consider abandoning wildcat.
