Support Problem

Discussion started by Visuarch

Hello, when I send message to support, system says the message is received and soon you'll be responded. But I don't get any ticket number on my mail and my messages never gets responded. It's been that way since a long time. Is there something wrong with the system or I'm always sending messages on time off or something?

I think they just don't like you for some reason.
Aren't you the guy that had the front page on Turbosquid with that blue room for a few days and then disappeared?

Yes, I am that guy from turbosquid. Support don’t like people for a reason? So what reason is that?

Let me tell you something that's not a joke. We really don't like thieves around here.

Hello Phantom All of my models have wireframes, you can report for copyright infringement If you have any proof.

That was a joke, but I don't know, the whole community saw the stolen models back then and was laughing at TS for letting this happen, so you got a bit famous for that.

"Once a thief always a thief" don't put wireframes from stolen models. Support notified.

Dude what? Villa savoye is a real estate and my wireframe is completely different. There are million villa savoye interior where I can get my references from. Just type Villa savoye interior and search from google, Jesus. Sketchup warehouse models very low quality compared to my stuff. Support can look at the wireframe and decide it themselves. BTW I am always up to any challenge they throw at me about this. including recording a youtube video while Im making supposed model.

Answering the initial question, the automatic answer and the ticket number work fine for me, but technical support is very busy cleaning, there is a lot to clean.

I agree with @PhantomDesign and @trimitek, thieves and opportunists are not welcome here (at least by users). Not all models that do not have screenshots of the mesh are stolen, nor are all models that are authentic. If TS quickly deleted his scene and banned his account, that shows me that there were reasons to do so, because TS is characterized by taking these measures, only when it is sufficiently proven and with the claim of the original author. I am sure that TS will not allow you to open an account again, neither with those, nor with other models.

The fact that after the expulsion he has slightly modified the scene, (for the worse, not to improve it), and has tried his luck here, also shows me that the original scene was not his own. Be honest and acknowledge it. You made your scene with other people's models and then you have modified the scene, (now it has much less detail), but it is still based on models that do not belong to you, although you have modified the mesh, the models are practically identical and have a large part from the original scene, he will also reuse other elements such as materials, textures ... I hope CGT does the right thing, because being tolerant in these situations is very bad for his reputation, (if the community has already laughed at TS, imagine what they will think CGT) and this is one step away from becoming a pirate paradise.
