I just had a user buying the same item for 6 times, site indeed seems to be glitching.

Tried to buy two models for 20$.
The payment was removed from my back 3x, so a total of 60$.
Called the bank, they said CGTrader took the money and the transaction was successful.
However, the buying confirmation freezes and crashes. In the purchase history there are no downloads.
No receipt. What should I do??
