Service not availible in your region due to legal issues

I live in Russia. I was able to upload models no problem, I uploaded 1 about a week ago. But today whan I click upload new model I see error screen saying 'Service not availible. Due to legal issues our services are not availible in your region. We are sorry for the inconvenience.'

anyone facing this problem too?

UPD: it's fixed now

UPD2: Problem reappeared again. Probably some server issues, would be nice to hear from the CGtrader team

I had a request for a c4d and obj product update and can't access the site as well since Today. Had access till Yesterday.
