Sales deleted

The problems are looked by our team - if we can't solve the issue, the designer is contacted to try to repair the problem occurred. If the designer is unresponsive, only then the refund is due to the buyer.

However, this is the "4837 - No Cardholder Authorization Obtained for Transaction" case, which means this was a fraudulent purchase - these do not occur very often as we try to prevent the fraud purchases to the maximum, but there are a few cases, like the purchase that your model was bought in.

ok, it was a refund. but i think cgtrader should really give the seller the chance to solve the problem with the model, before accepting a refund.
i my opinion a refund is like a free give away, you can not check wether the buyers use it anyway after refund of money.
maybe a solve problem issue deadline within 3-5 days before cgtrader accepting refund, if seller can not solve it.

its a win win situation for all sites. buyer get the model work, cgtrader gets money, and we as seller not loose money and model.
but without any message from buyer or cgtrader, a solve deadline, sellers loose double and twice...

I had the same issue today. They told me it was a fraud purchase. Cgtrader could not be able stop fraud purchases completely yet. Hope such problems won't occur in the future.
