Response rate problem

I have an issue with the response rate. I have 0 unanswered messages in the calculated type. ( Like mentioned here ), but I have 94% response rate.

What am I missing ?

Hi,
Go to https://www.cgtrader.com/profile/inbox and try to sift through all messages in unanswered and archived categories, eventually you should find one or few unanswered. Just send some short reply to everything that you'll find and rate should get to 100%

I think it's a bug.

My response rate was 100%. I had a message Friday from a costumer ( I replied to him), after that I noticed that my response rate was 94%.
Like mentioned before, I have no unanswered messages in Regular, Model Support and CGTrader Support. So I replied again to the customer and it fixed it.

Same problem for me, 0 unanswered jet 94% response rate, is there a way to filter out the mail that is responsible for that rate drop? I’m not planing to go through all messages manually to find it. Also, its not clear to me what mail should be answered back, is it going to have a red dot or something?

Brings me to the next question, what does unanswered mean?
Do we always need to have the last word and see to it we do not get a response back?

For example when a customer reply's with something like this ”I know how it works now, thanks for your help”, then I reply with something like “glad I could help you out, have a nice day”, then he makes a last reposes something like ”thanks, you also have a nice day”. This sounds like a silly example but I occasionally have this type of scenarios where its pointless to reply back because the conversation is basically closed, it would be silly I again reply but will it then be regarded unanswered conversation for the system?

I was lucky that I noticed the problem after my last message, so I responded again to this one, Unfortunately, it doesn't have a red dot or anything specific so maybe contact CG trader to fix it for you.

You only need to response to the message once. So even the person respond after you, you don't need to have the last word.
