Hi, I have a problem, I sold a model on the website, on the 19th I received an email with information about the payment, which I must confirm "Get your money in just a few easy steps. Claim it by 18 August 2021 or it will be returned to the sender.

We are sorry to hear about the situation. One of the reasons for this could be an unverified PayPal account. Please make sure that you verify your PayPal account in order to receive an international payment, otherwise your royalties might be refunded back to us. Please contact PayPal support for further clarification and solution.
