Hello. I have a verification problem and I receive a notification: "Payout problem: Identification number does not match your document. Please clarify." For verification, I send a real passport and identification code. Help solve the problem.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out.

All payment agreement forms are temporarily locked for several days while we are processing royalty payments. It will be re-enabled on the 21st day of the month once the payments are made.

Once they are done, you will be able to sign the payment agreement. Please put the Identification Number from you passport in payment.
