Payment Failed

I just received a gift card from my bank and I cannot checkout. It keeps saying Payment Failed. I've already called my bank and verified everything is correct and card is activated/registered but it just doesn't go through. I've even registered the card to PayPal and it STILL fails. Anyone have a solution?
