Hello,
When will this be resolved? I'm new here and i don't want to start publishing before i'm confirmed so it doesn't go to waste.
Please answer me if you know.

Hi,
Payment agreements are usually being reviewed within a 1-2 week period.
Note: users can publish/sell/share their products with an empty or unverified payment agreement too - all collected royalties will not disappear for your CGT account and will be paid once payment agreement is filled in/verified.
