Hello! Try these export parameters:
Geometry:
Smoothing: Face
and check only "apply modifiers"
Hey,
I have problem with Wildcat viewer it is not showing any information about normals in it and the model looks angular. I was trying so many things. I'm using blender and substance painter. Normal map parameters that i checked in Substance: OpenGL RGB 16 bits, 8 bits + dihthering and 8 bits also tried to convert them in Photoshop by adding gamma 2.2 but also didn't work. Blender parameters for exporting fbx: Scale set to 1 , Apply Scalings to FBX Units Scale, Y Forward, Z Up , apply Unit - on, Use Space Transform - on, Apply Transform - on, and in Geometry: Smoothing to Normals Only and Tangent Space - on. Have anyone had this problem? maybe someone has figured it out and he would be kind to share. Thanks in advance.

Hey thanks for the answer. Unluckily I have already proceed with it and don't have any more upload possibility. I tried with Smoothing : Normals Only and only apply Modifiers. I figured out that they show model in lower resolution than your textures so to make your textures look better in theirs viewer you need to enlarge uv islands of that detail - just sharing the information that can be usefull for someone.
Is any one here who know the proper pipline blender - substance - wildcat ? I mean what options you need to check when exporting fbx to have properly working normal map and smoothing groups of the model ?
All meshes must have the same smoothing parameters. The "Auto Smoothing" parameter is located in the Object Data Properties - Normals tab. Also, sometimes you can see the sweep seams - try to place them on the sharp edges of the model. If there are any small artifacts, I use the modifier "Weighted Normal" and use a group of vertices. I just mark problematic places in this group through vertices - and everything works.
