Hello i payed a model i bought i can’t find it in my purchases and the money has been deducted from my credit card could you help me fast this is the model that i payed and i request for refund it thank you
also i have sent 3 mail i didn't get any response till now from the support

You still have to contact support with that. There have been many complaints about delayed payments, and support delays so you may have to wait a lot longer than usual for a reply. Alternately you could contact your credit card company and tell them you didn't get what you paid for. The credit card company would contact CGT and rectify the problem.
