Missing uploads

I have since uploaded 2 files which are the same because I noticed that they weren't showing up on my uploads, the first one that I uploaded was last night then the same one after noticing that it didn't show up. I don't know why, but when I upload the same file with the same name the uploader notices the same which which it says I already uploaded. I just can't see the files that I uploaded.
