try to ask on CGTrader support in the chat on the left down corner of the page. they can probably solve your problem, good luck :)
Ps. if you make a double purchase accidentally, you can ask to the support a refund for 1 of them i think.
I made a purchase using my credit card but I haven't received an email nor have the items showed up on My Purchases and that was almost an hour ago. I don't want to go buy again only to see I get charged twice for the same items.

Unfortunately, your purchase was declined. If you were charged, you will get your money back automatically.
