Issue with resetting password on Hyperwallet platform

Discussion started by Joafps

Hello community,

I'm facing an issue when trying to reset my password on the Hyperwallet payment platform and would appreciate some help and guidance on how to resolve this.

Recently, I forgot my password to access my account on Hyperwallet. Upon requesting a password reset link via email, I receive the link and attempt to follow the instructions to reset my password. However, upon clicking the provided link, I'm redirected to a page that seems to be stuck in an infinite loop. This means I'm unable to complete the password reset process and regain access to my account.

I've tried some basic solutions such as clearing my browser cache, trying on another browser, and checking my internet connection. Unfortunately, none of these have solved the problem.

I'm going around in circles with this situation and I'm frustrated by my inability to access my Hyperwallet account. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue or have any suggestions on how I can resolve this?

I appreciate any help or guidance you can provide.

I've also faced something similar. What makes my case different is that I don't even get the activation email or even the password changing email. I haven't been able to get paid for months now. Any solution would be appreciated.

Same problem here, I got my hyperwallet account got blocked and I can't get my earnings. There's no clear info about recovering the access, there's a loop there. I'm about to erase my account and get out of cgtrader, because they're actually stealing me.

I got mine approved only to find out some things I wasn't aware of. The minimum fee for wire transfers on Hyperwallet is $7.7. I made 4 sales at $5 each and after the transaction fees, and with a royalty rate of 71%, I got a total amount of $12.88. If I'm to use Hyperwallet, I'd end up getting just $5.18 when I originally made sales of $20. That's just %25.9. I would have simply left the money there until I had something reasonable enough for me to be willing to pay the transfer fee but I also found out (from some other websites) that after 90 days of not withdrawing your funds, they charge $3 monthly. How is someone like me (who makes verry little sales) supposed to make any profit when the sales that I do make are used up in fees and charges before even getting to me ?
