I sent away all the exact data and photos of the document (passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation) . 2 weeks ago. Now I have received a notification that my identification data does not match my passport data. There can be no error, all the data is correct. What should I do now? I re-sent the data, do I need to wait for the rejection again? 2 weeks...

I got e-mail response today from CGT that 2 weeks is the estimate time for this approval

You only have to fill in the form, which can be found in your settings tab under payment agreement. You upload an image of your passport, or other identification images. Then after around two weeks, everything goes fine.

i have a similar problem. i moved and got a new id card with a new number. i updated everything, cant delete the old files and i dont get an answer from support.

since three month i try to get this done...
