I just bought a model here. And It is saying "Daz" Genesis3Female.

Hello guys.

I just bought a charater and opened in Maya.

And It says it's Genessis3Female.

Rigging bone name and topology is same.

I was wondering is it really right to do this, and is it really fine to use this model?

I want to listen your opinion.

Daz3D is very clear about their content - your described case of usage is completely illegal: https://www.daz3d.com/eula
You should report seller of the model for copyright infrigement and ask for full refund.

Some sellers are stupid enough to keep the native name of the object ... I think CGT is too "nice" with the thieves. Staff just removes stolen models , unlike TS which removes the entire collection and leaves an empty shell :)
