IDK about constant approving. My models never get approved, not even single case, unless i specifically ask to do so. And even so, some of them are approved only partially, like this one: https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/household/other/animated-old-balance-scales Furthermore, i saw several models that gets approved false positively, like this one: https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/car/antique/car-zaz-965-russian-retro-car-1960-69
For me this approval system looks like big mess. I doubt that you guys are even checking scenes for proof. If so, then what is worth that all approval system?
Sorry for rant, but i really would like either more clarity and more systematic results or just dismiss all that matter altogether.

Every model from me is checked with low poly, but no one gets approved.
