Help with height maps in unreal now

Hey guys,

I bought a lot of assets from here but i'm having a hard time putting them in Unreal because of the changes in 5 with the nanite system and removing of tesselation.
I've downloaded blender and quixel pro but I still can't get the textures right.
Nothing I do gets the asset to actually raise and allow me to ship as an FBX. Quixel makes the tile look proper, but I can't import it because it seems to not work with Unreal 5.
Any advice would be amazing from you gentlemanly scholars.
