You can find list of people that follows you in "my sales" page https://www.cgtrader.com/profile/sales#followers (i know, super obvious place to look for this, lol). I also think i saw a list of people that i follow somewhere, but i can't recall where it was at the moment. As for the functionality, i didn't notice that following someone, or having followers would have any effect - you don't get any notifications, nor you can track their progress, or something like that. Heck, you can't even brag about how many followers you have, as this stat is only visible to you :] Looks like another totally useless feature from cgtrader.
