Cgtrader site freezing and lagging

Ok, it kinda solved. Closed

The same happen two weeks back

Awesome sweet nice good perfect, now i can't post any model at all. It's just not appear, fix you darn database i'm starting to getting mad

Issue still happening

I also can't publish any model, the model is freeze in edit model all time, I tried in 2 different browser.
The IT team destroyed something very important in the database...

I only can wait.

Nope nothing help, I constantly take same issue: geometry type is forbidden, hen I do edit model, even not know what the hell is that mean.

Are you still experiencing this issue?

Some fixes were being implemented on the website recently. That might have something to do with this. However, I will notify our IT team of this problem so they could look into it.

This happens from time to time but usually its temporarily, all images etc. should return after few minutes/hours, if not then report it to info@cgtrader.com

Tip: I noticed (in the past) the hang screen can keep reappearing when the site did some updates and my browser still has some old cookies, flushing them out worked for me. In this case it can indeed be a site issue but updating your browser or cleaning it out can often solve some issues.
