    Hi

    We want to merge a 3D model into a video (please see attached photo)

    all beside the girl and the cat are video background, the girl and the cat will be 3d models

    Can we make a scene that the 3D girl looks like she is standing behind this balcony like in the attached photo?

    I cannot see your attached images, but yes you can. You need to use a tracking and masking methods.

    Yeh can't see your photo but After Effects and Element 3D plugin can easily do this
