Hi,

I don't know, since I'm here I got 3 - 4 negative ratings because people don't know what is ,,rar,, zip files.

Some people want to open directly in mac without software.

Any solution?

I just purchased a rar file component and cant open it in sketchup. what can I do?

From what I've seen, you have a very good rating ratio, and no one of your bad ratings are talking about zip or rar

Normally zip files can be opened with a Mac, so try to avoid rar because it needs your buyer to sownload WinRar ;)
