Wet3D Building models use textures from GTA and possibly other games

Bought these for use in a commercial game project, but now that i get a closer view i see that their window textures had GTA brands on them (Fleeca bank, SHARK Credit card signs, a lot of the RON gas station stuff)
turns out all the naming conventions in them look like they were taken straight out of GTA 4
just spent 40 bucks on 2 packs, and sent cgtrader a support mail. really hope i can get them refunded.
im not even sure if the models are his. its entirely possible that he just straight up ripped them all from GTA 4 and resells them now?
