The problem with my models

It has been almost a month since there was a problem evaluating one of my models. I filled out a description, a lot of images and more. The total score was displayed as 6.5. BUT when publishing a rating of 0.0. (Another model with an improved description is "stuck" with an old rating). The average rating of all models has slipped due to this and does not allow Tier 2 to open.

I wrote a letter in technical support, but there is still no answer.

Maybe someone else came across this problem?

These kind of bugs usually come and go away randomly. Try to edit and publish again.

After a recent update of the agreements that I confirmed (it’s a pity that I didn’t read them carefully in all the points), it became impossible to delete the models. This has something to do with collecting statistics on the site ... Although it sounds strange.

Yeah, you can still delete them, but you have to contact support for that.

I've had a model that tells me it's 5.9 for the past 7 months lol. My average posting is usually close to 9... but this one f"£%$$%^&$%^

Does it have the same number of exchange file formats as the others? Same number of preview renders and keywords as all the others?

Due to the occurrence of such an error, I am now very worried about exhibiting new models. After all, this can happen again and then the overall rating will fall even lower.
And especially unpleasant is the fact that I still have not received a response from the technical support of the site. Silence has been going on for almost two weeks. Really none of them care about such unpleasant bugs ?!

Did you tried reporting this using the green help button on the right? Those are answered with priority (you will not get reply on the weekend though)

Yes, I wrote there too. There was only an answer (even before I created this topic of discussion) that my appeal was sent to another department and he would deal with my problem. And since then silence. it seems they just don't care about this problem :(

I think you should write again. Your request was most likely got lost and forgotten during staff changes and vacations periods..
