If the project is abandoned by the client for more than a week after you have provided final files, please, contact us at support@cgtrader.com or via live chat and provide the following information: the title of the project, client's username.
Our 3D designers will review the project in question and mark it as completed if all initial requirements were fulfilled.

Hi there
I did a perfect project for a client for $350 but he canceled the project without any payment. I complained to the CGT with 2 emails. On the first one, your colleague assured me that he can't cancel the project without review and judgment. But it canceled easily without even a message! Also, my other complaining email is still unanswered!
