Some buyers are sellers as well, so giving reputation for their purchases kind of makes sense. :)

if i look by the top designers now Gonet is one of them with zero models at all i think this idea is not
working at all

Hello Peter,
The top designers per week are determined on reputation - but buyers also get reputation points for models they've bought, so what you actually see here is a top buyer (who, in theory could be a designer, since he needs 3D models).
Still, I've seen a few notes from designers who keep registering the same attitude as yours, which is why we will make an option not to show users with 0 models in this list.
