Brand new to the site, but I noticed that when making my profile that I was able to select "Keyshot" as one of my preferred software. And this really impressed me considering I am aiming to sell some of my Keyshot Packages with Textures, Lighting, etc. However when I was uploading my first model, I was looking through the Software List to find "Keyshot" so that I could list it with my uploaded package, but it does not appear to be in your list.
As someone that wants to continue using your site to sell my work, it would be much appreciated if I could select Keyshot as a Software when uploading models to my projects. Otherwise, I resort to "Other" and from an advertising standpoint, that just looks unprofessional.
Either way, I will still be using the site for some time, and testing the waters. But this could end up deterring me in the long run from selling here.

It seems several people are reporting problems regarding the file naming system, seems you are experiencing the same problems. You may just have entered at a wrong time.
CGtrader staff reported to be aware of the problem and are working on it. In general everything works rely fine here but CGtrader is in constant development and runs into some technical problems from time to time, things usually get resolved quickly.
